Zhevago Plans IPOs for Companies in His Business Group

Konstantin Zhevago, the major shareholder of Finance and Credit Group, said in a press conference at the London Stock Exchange that he plans to hold separate IPOs for the group’s companies. Zhevago said that he will not establish holdings including assets from different industries. Finance and Credit Group’s assets include Poltava Iron Ore (PGOK: U/R), Finance and Credit Bank, AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: HOLD), Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ: BUY), Zaliv Shipyard (SZLV: N/R), Kyivmedpreparat (KMED: N/R), Halychfarm and Luhanskoblenergo. Zhevago said that listings were being considered on exchanges in New York, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Frankfurt.
