Ukrnafta (UNAF: SELL) announced it will resume retail sales of oil products by mid-March. As stated by the company’s vice-chairman, Volodymyr Pustovarov, the Chamber of Tenders (which is responsible for overseeing state-run company tenders) agreed with Ukrnafta on a procedure to purchase oil products through Optima Trade, which has been Ukrnafta’s supplier in the past and is known to be affiliated with its private shareholder, Privat Group.
