Bank Pivdenny Is Planning on a USD 200 mln IPO

According to Interfax, Bank Pivdenny plans to raise USD 200 mln via IPO in London, Warsaw or Asia. The company’s chairman, Vadym Morokhovsky expects that IPO will be conducted in 18 to 24 months. Information on the potential stake to be placed were not disclosed.
