The issue is on the agenda of the company’s EGM on March 3. Sun Interbrew plans to issue 2,915 new shares at USD 0.002 par. Concorde Capital: In January 2006 Sun Interbrew was reorganized into Opened JSC, and announced its intention to acquire the Yantar, Rogan (ROGA) and Desna breweries and make them consolidated affiliates. This will be finalized in April after all the breweries hold their AGMs.
