Naftogaz to Supply Gas to Industrial Consumers?

According to Interfax, Naftogaz of Ukraine was assigned by the Cabinet of Ministers to supply commercial consumers with natural gas, replacing Ukrgaz-Energo. Vladimir Nesterenko: This is certainly positive news for Naftogaz, though it is unclear how the state company is going to get the necessary volume of gas from RosUkrEnergo, the intermediary supplying (so far) gas to Ukraine’s border and holder of 50% in Ukrgaz-Energo.
