Pravex Bank Places USD 43.6 mln in Local Bonds

According to Pravex Bank, it has placed UAH 220 mln (USD 43.6 mln) in three-year bonds with a coupon of 13.5% for the first year of circulation. Pravex Bank is Ukraine’s twenty-fourth largest bank as of January 1, 2008; it recently announced it has signed a preliminary acquisition agreement with Italian Intesa Sanpaolo.
