DniproSpetsStal's Shares Blocked By The Securities & Exchange Commission.

10 February 2008

This news was made public yesterday. Concorde Capital: This is an attempt to put an end to corporate conflicts between the company’s old and new shareholders and to resolve the problem of multiple registers for the company’s shares. DniproSpetsStal’s major stakeholders are Interpipe group, Kyiv group (related to Grigory Surkis and Viktor Medvedchuk) and Russian businessman Konstantin Grigorishyn. There is a long history of conflicts between the different shareholder groups that led to the confusion of ownership rights and dual registers.
