This morning the Verkhovna Rada opened its spring session. Some of the larger items on the agenda this spring include: the appointment of Constitutional Court judges, a package of several WTO laws, UTEL’s privatization status and the ratification of an agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank. The spring session will close on April 4.
