Kharkiv Tractor Convenes AGM, No Vote on 46x Charter Fund Increase

Kharkiv Tractor (HTZD: N/R) convened one of three AGMs scheduled yesterday in different locations (two in Kharkiv that were less than 1% attended by shareholders) and one in Cherkasy (about 74% attended). According to Chief of Investor Relations Valery Maydanyuk, the AGM in Cherkasy did not approve the company’s 46-fold charter fund increase. No official announcements were made regarding the company’s ownership, while Ukrainian media had reported that Ukrsib Group sold their 62% stake to Russian automotive group GAZ.
