ASKA Insurance to be Sold for USD 185 mln

According to UNIAN, SCM plans to sell its 73% stake in ASKA, Ukraine’s eighth largest insurance company, for USD 185 mln. ASKA Insurance has 66 branches throughout Ukraine. In 2007 the company’s gross premiums are expected to reach USD 50 mln.
