S&P's Ratings For Ukraine Unchanged.

Standard & Poor’s Services has not changed its credit ratings of Ukraine and has no plans to change them due to the firing of the Cabinet. According to the agency Ukraine’s ratings continue to be supported by a relatively robust external position and low government debt levels. In May 2005 S&P raised Ukraine’s foreign currency sovereign rating to BB- from B+ and local currency rating to BB from B+
