Khartsyzk Pipe to Consider Raising Charter Fund 2%

Ukrainian News said yesterday that the agenda for Kharstyzk Pipe’s (HRTR: SELL) March 14 AGM includes a 2% charter fund increase to UAH 129.9 mln (USD 25.7 mln) to finance working capital. Subscription is scheduled for April 28 to May 14. The subscription is at par, USD 0.01 per share. Based on previous issues, we expect the ex-rights date to coincide with the first date of subscription (see our yesterday’s flash note).
