Rent Going Up For Black Sea Fleet?

According to Ukrainian Economic Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk Ukraine will continue to review its rental agreement with Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, for bases in Crimea. Yatseniuk said the State Property Fund (SPF) had begun inventorying all land and property used by the Russians and once the SPF had completed its work the government would decide whether or not to raise the rent. Concorde Capital:  Russia currently pays USD 98 mln annually for its bases in the region.
