Alfa Bank Ukraine to increase charter fund by 25%

Alfa Bank Ukraineshareholders are scheduled to vote on increasing the bank’s charter fund by 25% to UAH 3.7 bln via an additional share issue at an upcoming EGM on December 28. Alfa Bank Ukraine was Ukraine’s #7 largest bank by assets, according to NBU statistics as of October 1.
