Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih to make USD 1.2 bln dividend payout

At their AGM yesterday Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih (KSTL: SELL) shareholders voted to make a USD 1.2 bln dividend payout. The company’s dividends exceed its 2007 net income by 52% and equal 70% of its retained earnings as of January 01, 2008. DPS is USD 0.3, dividend yield is 8.7%. Only shareholders on the register as of yesterday are eligible to receive dividends.
