Astarta Boosts Net Sales 69% yoy in 9M

Astarta (AST PW: N/R) reported net revenues of USD 73.6 mln over the first nine months of the year, a yoy rise of 69%, according to the company. Astarta’s EBITDA in 9M was USD 28.9 mln, a margin of 30.2% and net income of USD 21.7 mln, margin of 29.4%. Astarta boosted sugar sales 80% yoy from 46.6 ths mt in 9M06 to 84.3 ths mt in 9M07. Reported land under lease is over 130 ths ha.
