Astarta says majority shareholder sold 5% stake

Astarta (AST PW) reported yesterday that Aluxes Holding Ltd, one of two majority shareholders wholly owned by Valery Korotkov, sold 1,250,000 shares in the company, leaving it with 8,796,883 shares or a roughly 35.19% stake. The holdings of Astarta’s other majority shareholder, Albacon Ventures Ltd, wholly owned by Viktor Ivanchyk, Astarta’s CEO, remains 40.19%. Following the transaction, the company’s free float increased from 19.62% to 24.62%.
