Astelit Announces Its Subscriber Base.

The youngest Ukrainian mobile operator Astelit announced that its subscriber base exceeded 0.5 mln. Astelit has been providing mobile services since February 2005, using the GSM-1800 standard. The main shareholders of Astelit are Turkcell and the Ukrainian business group SCM. Concorde Capital: This is the first time the company has disclosed information about its subscriber base. The company’s subscriber base is significantly less than the market leaders, UMC and Kyivstar, which have more than 9 mln subscribers each.
