Avdiivka Coke Acquires State's 39.9% Stake In Krasnodonvugillya For USD 92 Mn

Concorde Capital: The purchase of a 39.0% stake by Avdiivka Coke (controlled by System Capital Management), allowed the company to gain a 100% stake in Krasnodonvugillya, one of Ukraine?s main suppliers of coking coal. The 100% stake in Krasnppdnvugillya was bought for a total of USD 237 mn ( P/S 04 = 1.65; P/E = neg).
