AvtoKrAZ Industries Plans IPO in 2008

AvtoKrAZ Industries CFO Yaroslav Bondarenko said that its preparations for an IPO will be completed in 6-10 months, which would set an IPO date for 2008. AvtoKrAZ Industries includes AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: HOLD), Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ: BUY) and ten other machine building companies. AvtoKrAZ Industries is controlled by Finance & Credit Group, the same group that was behind the largest Ukrainian IPO to date, Ferrexpo (FXPO LN), on the London Stock Exchange last month.
