AvtoKrAZ To Deliver 56 Trucks To Ukravtodor.

Equipment from Schmidt (Germany) will be mounted on KrAZ trucks so they can be used on road-construction projects by the state roads agency, Ukravtodor. AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: HOLD) plans to further develop its line of trucks equipped with Schmidt mounts. In January-May AvtoKrAZ decreased production volumes by 19.6% yoy to 1,102 trucks. Concorde Capital: We believe KRAZ will be more successful during 2H06, as it plans to increase deliveries to Egypt and Sudan. The company will not be able to reach our initial projection of 4.9 ths trucks in 2006 as it failed to renew its Iraqi contract.
