Azot Cherkasy AGM Approves USD 63.4 mln Dividend Disbursement

Today shareholders of Azot Cherkasy (AZOT: N/R), at their AGM, decided to pay UAH 320 mln (USD 63.4 mln), or UAH 2.57 (USD 0.51) per share (div yield 19.8%), out of the company’s 2007 earnings of USD 71.6 mln, a 88.5% payout in dividends. Payouts will start on March 20, 2008. The company’s investor relations department could not confirm the ex-div date, but a representative of its majority shareholder said it will be March 20.
