Azot Cherkasy Starts 2006 Dividend Payouts Tomorrow

As approved at the company’s AGM on April 26, 2007, Azot Cherkasy will pay out 94.8% of its 2006 earnings (USD 18.7 mln) in dividends, implying DPS of USD 0.15 and dividend yield of 8.9%. The ex-rights date was the same as the AGM date.
