Azovmash To Increase Production Of Freight Carriages By 10.5% To 9,240 In 2006.

The managing company for Mariupol Heavy Machinery (MZVM: BUY) and Azovzahalmash (AZGM: BUY) plans to develop three types of carriages: covered carriages, platforms for bulky cargoes and cisterns for liquefied gas. In related news, Azovmash reported that it had completed production of steel-carriage with 240 mt capacity for the Taganrog steel mill (Russia), and is making steel-carrier for the transportation of a casting ladle capacity for Volzhsky pipe plant (Russia).
