Azovstal increases net loss tenfold in 9M12

Azovstal (AZST UK) decreased revenue 26% yoy to USD 2.2 bln in 9M12, according to financial results by Ukrainian Accounting Standards published yesterday. The company’s 9M12 net loss deepened tenfold to USD 240 mln, while EBITDA came in at negative USD 124 mln compared to positive USD 9 mln last year. LBITDA increased 4.2x yoy to negative USD 44 mln in 3Q12, and the quarterly net loss widened 1.6x yoy to USD 85 mln.
