Bank Forum Selects Organizers for USD 100 mln Syndicated Loan

According to Ukrainian News, Bank Forum (FORM: HOLD) has selected Bayern LB, Commerzbank and Fortis Bank to organize its one-year USD 100 mln syndicated loan at, reportedly, LIBOR+1.6%. Earlier this year, Bank Forum announced plans to attract over USD 200 mln in foreign and domestic debt by the end of the year.
