Bank Forum to Issue UAH 500 mln in Local Bonds

Forum (FORM: BUY) will issue UAH 500 mln (USD 99 mln) in unsecured local bonds, Interfax said yesterday, referring to the bank supervisory board’s decision on May 6. The coupon and other terms of the loan are not released.
