Bogdan Automobile Plant specifies ex-rights date for additional share issue

Yesterday Bogdan Automobile Plant (LUAZ: BUY) representatives informed us that the ex-rights date for subscription to the company’s upcoming additional share issue is October 24. At their EGM last week, Bogdan Automobile Plant shareholders voted to increase the company’s charter fund by 33% by issuing an additional 1,100 mln shares (see our news of August 29).
