Bogdan Corporation To Invest USD 250 mln In CapEx Expansion By 2007.

Roughly 30% of this amount will be financed with the corporation’s own funds. The management says that the rest will most likely be attracted through the issuance of Eurobonds by the Lutsk Automobile Plant (LUAZ), a member of the Bogdan corporation. CapEx of USD 100-120 mln is planned for 2006. Concorde Capital: The attracted funds will be spent for the re-organization of Bogdan’s production. Cars will be produced in Cherkasy, while buses will move from Cherkasy bus to LUAZ.
