Boiko Sees 2008 Gas Price Increasing Up To 10%

In an interview last Friday, the Minister of Fuel and Energy, Yuriy Boiko, said the Cabinet does not expect the gas price to increase by more than 10% at the Ukrainian border next year. He also said that ultimately the price will be negotiated by the Russian and Ukrainian Prime Ministers.
