State budget revenues in 1H06 came to $10.8 bn, 43.5% of the expected annual amount, while expenditures were $11.5 bn (42%). The budget deficit reached $0.6 bn, or 1.5% of GDP for the period. The 2006 budget bill sets the target deficit at $2.6 bln, or 2.5% of GDP.
