Cabinet Considers Special Fund to Preserve State Stakes

The Cabinet of Ministers is considering a proposal to create a special fund to buy shares of additional emissions to preserve the size of state ownership in companies. The announcement came after a meeting between Yanukovich and State Property Fund Chair Valentyna Semenyuk.
