Cabinet of Ministers proposes to compensate for grain storage

The Cabinet of Ministers has sent legislation to the Verkhovna Rada that envisages compensating agricultural producers for up to 70% of the cost of storing grain they produced. If the measure is passed by parliament, it could be effective from November 1, 2008.
