Cabinet Wants 2006 Budget For Christmas.

The Cabinet is pushing the Rada to approve the 2006 budget by December 23. The current draft of the budget proposes revenues of USD 24.6 bln, expenditures of USD 27 bln and a deficit of USD 2.4 bln (2.5% of GDP).
