The supervisory board at the generation company Centrenergo (CEEN: HOLD) appointed a new CEO, Sergey Popov, to replace former CEO Nikolay Garkavenko, who resigned last week. Alexander Paraschiy: With the arrival of the new government, all the top-managers in the fuel and energy sector are being changed for people more loyal to the Regions-backed government.
