Chernivtsioblenergo to pay out 4.6 mln in dividends

At their AGM yesterday, shareholders of power distribution company Chernivtsioblenergo (CHEN) decided to direct UAH 4.615 mln (or 15% of the company’s net income) to pay dividends. This corresponds to DPS of UAH 0.081 and dividend yield of 1.5%.
