Court reschedules hearing on Cadogan’s licenses for September 26

According to a Cadogan Petroleum (CAD LN: N/R) announcement yesterday, on September 12 the Poltava Regional Economic Court attempted to hold a hearing to consider the merits for a permanent injunction against the nullification of the company’s licences for the Pirkovske and Zagoryanske deposits. However, as neither the Ministry of Environmental Protection, nor Nadra of Ukraine, the parties of the hearing, were present, it was rescheduled for September 26, 2008. Cadogan said that it understands that the court will proceed with the hearing on September 26, 2008 regardless of whether the aforementioned parties are present.
