Davento Ltd Raises USD 77.8 mln from ADR Issue

According to Interfax, Davento Ltd (4D5 GR: N/R), the owner of VK Development (VKDK: N/R), issued USD 77.8 mln in ADRs at a ratio of DRs to ordinary shares of 500:1. This issue follows the placement of USD 61.3 mln in ADRs and GDRs on the London Stock Exchange in January 2008.
