Delta Bank To Make USD 39.6 mln Local Bond Offer

Delta Bank, Ukraine’s 59th largest bank in asset terms, announced yesterday that it was planning to place USD 39.6 mln in local bonds. This will be the bank’s second local bond issue this year, at the beginning of 2006 the bank placed USD 29.7.
