DOMZ will not pay dividends for 2005

At yesterday’s AGM, the shareholders of Donetsk Metal Plant (DOMZ: SELL) voted not to pay dividends for 2005. The company is controlled by the Donetskstal group, possesses only steel rolling equipment, and sources semi-finished steel products under a tolling arrangement from the affiliated Donetskstal steel mill.
