Donbasenergo AGM approves UAH 2.3 mln dividend payout

Donbasenergo (DOEN) shareholders, at their AGM yesterday, approved UAH 2.275 mln dividend payout for 2008, equal to 15% of the company’s profits last year (dividend yield: 0.6%; DPS: UAH 0.096). The ex-dividend date is yesterday, March 25, 2009. Dividends are scheduled to be paid out from May 1 to May 31, 2009.
