2010 budget draft envisions issuing USD 1 bln in Eurobonds

The Cabinet of Minister’s draft budget for 2010 envisions issuing UAH 8.125 bln (about USD 1.08 bln) in Eurobonds, Interfax reported yesterday. Overall, the budget registered with the Verkhovna Rada yesterday provides for taking on new debt in the about of UAH 120.42 bln and issuing UAH 45 bln in debt backed by state guarantees.
