Revenues from the Ukrainian telecommunications sector have increased 31% yoy in 9M05. The biggest gains were made by the mobile sector (53% growth) and long-distance fixed telecommunications (14% yoy). Local telephony revenues grew 0.8% yoy, along with data and internet access revenues which grew 9.5% yoy. Concorde Capital: Fixed LD revenues grew because of the boom in the mobile sector: as fixed-to-mobile (FTM) revenues are part of the total LD. The increase in the popularity of mobile phones has stopped the growth in fixed LD (except FTM). Contrary to our predictions fixed local revenues have come to a halt. We decrease our 2005 revenue growth forecast for all the telecom sectors except mobile.
