AgroGeneration lists on NYSE Alternext

AgroGeneration (NYX: ALAGR FP), a France-headquartered farming group with assets in Ukraine, was admitted to the New York Stock Exchange’s Alternext platform on Monday, NYSE Euronext announced. The admission was made by direct listing following private placement amounting to EUR 12 mln. AgroGeneration’s shares began trading at EUR 1.80 each and its capitalization at admission was EUR 47.6 mln. AgroGeneration controls three large farms with a combined land bank of 20 ths ha in Western and Northern Ukraine. NYSE Alternext lists 126 companies from Belgium, Canada, China, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US. Altogether, they have raised over EUR 2.26 billion and their market capitalization totals EUR 4.2 billion.
