Agroton places USD 50 mln Eurobonds at 12.5%

Agroton Public Ltd. (WSE: AGT PW), Ukrainian agricultural producer, placed USD 50 mln of 3-Y Eurobonds at 12.5%. The proceeds from the bonds will be used to redeem USD 21 mln of a bank loan, fund construction of additional grain storage facilities, expand the company’s land bank and machinery purchase. Agroton’s net income climbed to USD 15.7 mln in 2010, from USD 5.1 mln  a year earlier.
