Akhmetov added to Bloomberg Billionaires Index

Rinat Akhmetov, Ukraine’s richest man, was added to Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index as the daily ranking of the world’s highest net worth individuals doubled in size last week. Akhmetov’s net worth as of May 3 stood at USD 18.1 bln (down USD 72 mln day-on-day, +25.8% YTD). He moved up three places on the list since yesterday to #33. Akhmetov fully controls System Capital Management, Ukraine’s largest business group, which holds a controlling stake in Metinvest (METINV) and fully owns DTEK (DTEKUA).
