Alchevsk Coke to Increase Coke Production 16% yoy in 2008

According to Metal Courier, Alchevsk Coke (ALKZ: HOLD) plans to boost production by 16% yoy to 3.7 mln mt in 2008. The commissioning of a new coke battery will enable the growth in output. Andriy Gerus: We expect the company’s coke output to reach 3.5 mln mt (+10% yoy).
