Alchevsk Coke will not pay dividend for 2007

Alchevsk Coke (ALKZ) shareholders decided at their EGM last Friday not to proceed with a dividend payout for 2007; profits were directed into the company’s development (95%) and reserve fund (5%). The company finished 2007 with net income of USD 45.5 mln and revenues of USD 664.5 mln.
