ALchevsk Iron & Steel: Results Of Prior Share Issue Adopted, Mulling Additional Emission.

At the company’s (ALMK: BUY) AGM yesterday shareholders approved the results of a prior share issue which increased the company’s charter fund by 1290% to USD 213 mln. Moreover, the company announced its plans to increase its share capital by 93% through issuing another 10 bln shares or USD 200 mln (1 bln UAH).
