Ammonia Output Grows By 8% YoY In April To 435.1K Mt, while urea output decreased by 3% yoy to 300.8K mt, while ammonium nitrate output increased by 18% yoy to 223.4K mt. Concorde Capital: The quantities changed in April this year as Stirol (STIR: BUY) Ukraine?s largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers, altered its product mix to satisfy internal demand for ammonium nitrate. There was a higher need for ammonium nitrate to meet Ukraine?s domestic fertilizer needs during the spring planting season. The season began later this year due to cold weather.
